Responsibilities

Drive end‑to‑end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and improve designs.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture and best practices.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles and accessibility standards.
Experience with responsive design and cross‑platform interfaces.
Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) for effective collaboration.
Strong communication and leadership skills to guide design discussions.
Ability to balance creativity with business and technical constraints.
